The resort is amazing, everything is spotless, clean, well made and beautiful, highly recommended.The food is delicious and available all the time, perfect for family and the kids loved it.

From our experience, we loved everything, the resort met our expectations so all is great!

We had a great time at Crystal Flora as a family. There were lots of fun things to do for everyone. The kids spent a lot of time at the kids club. We liked the food options, especially the Turkish a la carte and the buffet.

Seafood a la carte and Mexican a la carte need improvement.

My family had a wonderful stay at Crystal Flora. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, has three private beaches (one is sandy), great water slides. Everything was as described or even better. The staff was very attentive, my son had a birthday and they brought us a cake, balloons and a bottle of wine. The food was delicious with a lot of great options. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Mr. Ibrahim, Guest Relation Manager and his team were very professional and exeptional! We really apreciate their support and commitment to fullfill all the customers needs.

Sometimes, few waiters were stressed and showed rude behavior.

Excellent staff,they go over and beyond, they do everything with a smile , amazing customer service .Sadya and Ibrahim at guest relationship are superb and an asset to the resort.Muharram at reception is extremely helpful and is a star.Food is amazing Everything is worldclass

We had a great night’s sleep at this quiet place. The staff at the front desk and guest relations were very helpful. There was plenty of beach space, so we never had trouble finding an empty chaise lounge. The food and beverages were okay. There were no rude or intoxicated guests. The hotel didn’t feel crowded. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the evening entertainment and day activities weren’t audible from our room. (tip: ask for a room inside the block, not on the first line.) The mattresses are firm, but you could ask for a couple of extra comforters to add on top.

Restaurants are open at 6:30 PM, not 7:00 PM as the booklet stated.

We were traveling with 6 year old kid. Complex is very nice, safe and spacious. Lobby staff and managment was helpfull, we felt really welcomed and appreciated.One part of complex appartments had been renovated a few years ago (we stayed there, it was spacious two bedroom with double bed and two singles, each room with TV, balcony, sea/garden view, minibar and toilettries (all were added on daily bases)). The biggest part of appartment buildings is renewed for this season (was still making finishing touches on our visit time). Next season owners will go for a lobby, entrance and the main facilities building upgrade. There is a spa area with individual cabins for massages with great regular and authentic thai massages, including family room, where all members of the family together can enjoy a treatment. Spa features hamam, steam and regular saunas. George is the the best host there, strongly recommend to go and meet him even if You are not into the massages ;). As it was a very beggining of the season (complex was opened a day prior our arrival), not all beach bars were open already and tennis court was under reconstruction, but we got a privat transfers to neighboring hotel's court by cart every time we wanted to enjoy a game. Near main pool there are big waterslides for kids and adults to enjoy. Our kid really liked kids club and Animation teams girl. We were happy about it as well, because they were playing real games, made drawings and did real and fun stuff (no playstations or other digital devices etc. there ;)). Dinner and food in general was great with variety of choices of local and international options, unfortunatly beach clubs restaurant was not opened yet, but the bar there was the best in coctail section.

Not everything was accesable, as it was beggining of season.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel in September and were very satisfied. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, green, well-maintained, and clean. The room met our expectations. The water slides were fantastic, and we also enjoyed the yoga sessions and evening shows. The food was generally good, and I was particularly happy when fresh figs were available.The staff was friendly and attentive. There was a bit of confusion during check-in, especially since we arrived late at night. However, the next day, managers Ibrahim and Melissa helped resolve the issue and, as a kind gesture, offered us a complimentary stay in beach cabanas, which we greatly appreciated. Melissa was especially helpful, quickly assisting us with a range of requests, including restaurant bookings, adjusting our reservation for a birthday celebration, and arranging three different transfers.We would also like to thank the spa team and the lifeguards at the water slides for their excellent service and friendly attitude.

There is a small zoo on the premises, which includes peacocks. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to be in the best health, and I didn’t see them roaming around much.

The food was lovely - so much choice!!The staff were great and would always try and help you if they could! Elmer from guest relations was really helpful and his English was great!

The sofa beds were very hard!

Huge beautiful territory, long beach, clear seawater, very tasty ice cream, delicious Turkish coffee, unlimited beach towels, linens changed daily, spa with sauna and hammam, kids water park and play area - everything is close by and very convenient

We liked that the hotel had an Aqua park! I was great fun and we loved the rides. It has a beautiful beach, and we loved the food. The hotel is well organised and thought trough. Fantastic massage and spa.

The water int the shower wasn't hot. Kids trampolines are a bit small ?

The resort is very well run. The first thing you notice is that it is very well staffed in all areas from restaurants & bars , residential areas and beaches. Staff are also quick and efficient at clearing up and keeping things tidy. The beach area is obviously well used but there are plenty of deckchairs both on the piers and the beach. People do go early to reserve so I would recommend to have a look before breakfast to avoid any dissappointment..The residential part is well organised in blocks of 10-15 contained rooms on 3 floors in a wooded area with pine trees for shade , all with 5 minutes of the main restaurant-bars and beach areas. There is one big restaurant , one big pool bar and a beach bar on the front as well as an "à la carte" option where you have a possibility for a meal - but think to book immediately on arrival as it does get fully booked. Restaurant food is fine , with a lot of fruit and vegetables and desserts with different meat options as well; of course the food is similar each day, but the risk is to eat too much ! There are pool slides and water areas for children but we didnt try any of it, We went in October so children were mostly very young at this period - no groups of teenagers at this time !

There is one area the resort does need to improve on is the Wifi. It is available , yes , and the speed is ok as well , but the current system needs a relogging in when you move around the site. So while you can be connected most of the time, it is a but frustrating to have to log in several times a day. Apparently it will be fixed for the next season , lets see.

I felt like I was living in small village by the river in tropical nature with refreshing air breezing from the Mediterranean Sea. It is peaceful and full of activities at the same time. You can enjoy cool refreshing drink by the pool or the sea while sunbathing. You can enjoy different cuisines from all around the world.

The sea and the mountains around make it just gorgeous!

The hotel is rather old. The rooms are tiny, our shower had plumbing issues. I had no luck with reception staff, anything I asked, they could not help, they were not friendly either. The guest relation guys saved that vacation.

I appreciated that the beach, swimming pool, and aqua park were all conveniently located near each other. The entrance to the sea was smooth and ideal for children. The food was varied and fresh, with plenty of Turkish dishes that I really enjoyed. The poolside bar also had great options for my kids, like hamburgers, pizza, and pasta. Additionally, they offered some dinners at a separate restaurant, which made for a romantic setting.The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were replaced, a service that not many hotels provide these days. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Before the trip, someone from the hotel contacted me and assisted with any questions or needs throughout the entire vacation. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for their kindness.

The restrooms need some renovations.

The sand on the volleyball pitch needs to be changed ?

The most enjoyable vacation in the last few years! Perfect match of price and quality.My husband and I came to relax with our moms and expected to get to a regular hotel. But we were greeted like old friends, and Mr. Ilhan greeted us very warmly. The room and the hotel grounds are clean, all the staff are friendly, although it was obvious how tired they were by the end of the day.We were lucky, we lived in the far part of the park, and it was very quiet there.It was very pleasant to walk in the well-kept park, the trees give coolness, and the flowers smell nice. Clean sea, delicious varied food, grill, excellent coffee beans in the lobby.National desserts are highly recommended.Delicious restaurants of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, wonderful massage at the spa. I would like to say a special thank you to Mr. Ilhan, Mr. Ibrahim and Miss Melissa, who easily and unobtrusively made our stay as comfortable as possible.
